∞ Concurrent users (CCU) are considered active if they perform any action within the system. A concurrent user remains active for 24 hours. 100 CCU allows for up to 3,100 active users monthly.
Are there any limitations on the trial period?
There are no limitations on all our plans during the initial trial period. It’s important to us that you’re free to decide if they system suits your requirements. The trial will only move into a paid plan after you confirm suitability! We do not ask for payment details during trials.
Is it possible to mix and match features across all plans to suit my needs?
Absolutely yes. Get in touch with us to arrange a chat and we can help you determine the right options in line with your budget.
Is it possible to pay yearly? And what are the payment options?
Non-profit organizations can pay monthly or yearly, Companies and Corporations can pay yearly. Payment options are via Paypal or Bank Transfer.
I don't know how many users I might need.
Not a problem, we have you covered. In the first month free trial use as much as you normally would and review user numbers. If that isn’t possible, start on the lowest package and work with an ‘extended paid trial’ over 2-3 months. If you need extra concurrent users we won’t restrict your access. Once you have a clearer picture of use we can determine future monthly costs.
How do I determine how much design storage I would need?
The average board game (including graphics, tokens, cards, boards and other assets) is approximately 30 Mb. From that reference you can determine a rough approximation of required space, and we can agree a ‘buffer’ on top of that so you never run out of space.
What is the contract length?
We have a one month minimum billing cycle, but you’re free to stop anytime you wish. If you’ve paid yearly there are conditions associated with that so please do check our terms & conditions page.
